Return Policy

Service Completion

Upon completion of repair or upcycling work, clients will be notified to collect their items. Completed work should be collected within 30 days of completion notification.

Inspection Period

Clients are encouraged to inspect completed work upon collection. Any concerns should be raised immediately. We will address legitimate issues within reasonable timeframes.

Unsatisfactory Work

If you are not satisfied with completed work, please contact us within 7 days of collection. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in cases where:

  • Work does not meet agreed specifications
  • Significant errors occurred during the repair process
  • Service cannot be completed as originally discussed

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis following discussion and assessment.

Uncollected Items

Items not collected within 90 days of completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal. We will make reasonable efforts to contact clients before taking such action.

Damage During Service

While we take every precaution, in the unlikely event that damage occurs during our service, we will discuss appropriate compensation or repair options.

Pre-Existing Conditions

We document garment condition before beginning work. We are not responsible for deterioration of pre-existing conditions that were not part of the original repair scope.
